Meet Me!

My name is Katie Stovell and I am a seventeen year old from San Francisco, California. Having access to nature is and has always been an important part of my life as it has taught me how to be observant and aware of myself and the world around me. With the devastating fires throughout California and across the West Coast, I knew I wanted to give back to the forests that had given me so much. Additionally, I have volunteered with Art for Recovery at UCSF for the past two years. As the pandemic hit, I learned how isolated many patients were from their loved ones. My goal was to find a way for people to stay connected, while helping to protect precious land. I hope you like my cards!
